Mojo 180

Well it is Mojo Monday and i chose to make a square card...only because i dont have a circle cutter or any fancy spellbinders stuff :) Well as always the layout starts out good then i hit my wall. But i was able to complete this card today while my little man slept...YAH!!! So here you have it.

Supplies i used well the printed paper is all from S.E.I dill blossom paper pad and the brown is from the recollections open cardstock, Ribbon bought from michael's, Making memories epoxy metal frame, K&Company stick pin, and all other bits and pieces are again from kits i have boughten over the years.

Mojo # 2

Ok so here is me pretty much sticking to the sketch. I don't love it but i don't hate it either. Corey my other half quite liked it. I think its the doily thing that throws me off. I am not very girly girl and well this for me was very girly : ) Well i hope you like it... i don't think i will be doing this one again.

Mojo 179

Well it's Mojo Monday and i have to admit i was struggling with this one a bit.  I didnt get quite what i wanted but i thought it was cute so i went with it. I cant say i totally followed the sketch but it has the same idea....i think :)

And well here is what i came up with! I will be doing another and I hope to get closer to the sketch.

So all of the paper i used were fron sei Dill Blossom paper pad, the tag, ribbon and teddy bear were from a kit i had bought years ago.

Just something simple

Well i have been trying to get this up for the last two nights but after getting my little man down i just haven't wanted to do anything but sleep.

So here is something a little simple....wasnt quite what i had planned but however i'm happy with the results.

I have been really trying my hand at flocking but boy is it sure time consuming.

Supplies i used were The paper company Metallic cover Ice Blue, Recollections Birdwatching-Flight, Recollections open cardstock purple, I used my fiskar punch to scallop the bottom,The ribbon came from a kit i had, I stamped the butterfly from one of michaels $1.50 bin stamps, flocked it with Martha Stewarts flocking powder and lastly i used K&C glitter floral wire to help embellish the card.

Another Mojo Card

Well i thought i would sit and play today while my little man slept. I can't say i love it but however you have to take some bad with the good.  So here you have it.

I used a piece of red recollections open cardstock paper, the striped and "Thanks" layer were from the S E I Dill blossom paper pad, Ribbon came from a kit i bought many of moons ago, and that oh so pretty scalloped circle i hand cut from a piece of Gina K's Design pure luxury metallic mother of pearl card stock. I embellished the circle with Recollections epoxy stickers....wasnt quite sure what to do there.

I thought it looked like a cute flower but then got lost as to how i was going to add 3 embellishments.

Mojo Monday 178

Well today was Mojo Monday something a few members of my family par take in and well i have tried to the last few weeks.  Here is the sketch.

Here is what i came up with....i do apoligize that the picture is a bit washed out. I do need a little more training with the photography!

I used open cardstock paper from micheals, I cut the flowers out with my cricut machine using my Accent Essentials cartridge, then put them together with a flocked brad i also used a pink rhinestone in the center of the brad. The Happy Birthday was cut out as well with my Cricut using the Calligraphy Collection cartridge, my little bee was spamped and then i used Martha Stewarts flocking powder on the body of the Bee.

Finally I have decided to do this!!

Well my mother has been bugging me for quite some time to get a blog up and running so without further a do here i am.

This blog will be a journal of cards and such that i have created when i get the time to do so. I hope you enjoy some of the things you will see and Thank you in advance for stopping by.
