Family challenge!

Good Morning!!!

This was a family challenge that was put out by Nina which was using scraps. I went with a simple layout.....tried to do something a little more complex but it just wasn't working out so I took the easy road.
As many of you may notice I was a little short on some of my strips but I rolled with it anyways.
I bought some color spritzers on the weekend and thought I would try it on my card, the color didn't show up quite like I thought it would. It was my first time trying to use the spritz technique so I'm sure I will get better at using it.

Be sure to stop in and check out what the other ladies have created.
Nina
Judy
Barb

Supplies: brown card stock, patterned paper from SEI paper pad-Dill Blossom, sentiment "Amazing wishes" Verve stamp, flowers stamped using "Discover your wings " Taylored Expressions.

Thank you for stopping by hope you are having a great week!

Samantha

Hi Sammy,

I think your card is lovely. I bow to you for being brave and trying new things. Its the way we learn. I've not used the spritzers, though I have something similar - you remind me to step out a bit and try! In fact, I've got an idea I will need to work out soon.

Beautiful, I love that you have a few styles going on here with a touch of shabby chic and almost watercolour looks amazing. I love that you joined in the fun Sam.

Samantha..I have come to your blog many times to see if you had started blogging again.I finally gave up and figured you had stopped altogether.Imagine my surprise to see you back at making cards again. AWESOME!

Seeing your mojo 382 gave me an idea for a craft project. Miniature clip boards designed like a card with a lovely sentiment. I am almost certain I am not the first one to think of that.LOL Home made and all.It would be awesome to give that as a gift for someone to hang on their wall. Love the county look of the whole pic.:)
You did an excellent job on all your cards.:)

Huge hugs,
Valinda
